Hello from Wild West Woods and Goods!
First you may ask, what’s with the name???
WILD WEST – we live in the area of the country that in years gone by was the “Wild West”….
WOODS – we make and sell many different kinds of items made from wood….
GOODS – we make and sell breads and baked goods, as well as garden produce and various handmade items…
We are a family, working together on things we enjoy doing. We are so very thankful to our Creator for His gift of abilities to work with wood, gardening, food and each other.
‘Daddy’ loves to make various things out of wood: carved spoons, reproduction antique items, furniture, reclaimed and reused items and much more. He is a woodworker as a profession for a local construction company but he also loves to work with wood in his free time as well. Locals may have seen him during the summer carving wooden spoons in our booth at the Farmer’s Market and selling them. His famous statement is, “I can make that out of wood!”
‘Mama’ is the bread maker. You will find her selling breads and other baked goods at our summer Farmer’s Market booth or taking special orders other times of the year. Her specialties are Mama’s bread and French bread. She also is a farmer’s daughter and homesteads on our 40 acre property (new to us in 2018!) with gardens, chickens, ducks, and pigs (so far!) 🙂
‘The Girls’ also add their talents by making the best-ever chocolate chip cookies and other baked items, knitting, gardening with Mama, caring for younger sisters, managing the booth moneybox and just helping in general with family life and projects.
The whole family enjoys antiques of various types and you will find posts about our latest finds or how we have fixed and used those finds. ‘The Girls’ are always looking for a neat old book, while ‘Daddy’ searches for antique tools or furniture and ‘Mama’ helps with furniture finds or antiques that can be used around the house and yard in various places.

The most important thing we would like each person to know that visits our site is that we are here because of Jesus Christ and we want to honor Him above all. *Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
